| 摘 要： | <正> 本文介绍一种简易“双盖片”培养瓶的制作与使用。倒装相差显微镜观察培养的活细胞有许多优点。例如可长时间连续观察和分析细胞的动态,并能同时拍摄显微照片或缩时电影等。但是对培养瓶要有一定的要求,如瓶底和瓶顶玻璃要求平坦,特别是瓶底要求不要超过1.2mm,瓶体本身也不宜过厚,便于更换培养液等。近年国内多采用“双盖片”培养瓶,我们曾见到几种样品,但是多是不能令人满意的。大多

| Abstract: | A simple cell culture flask and its fitter for inverted microsc ope m(?)chanie stage are made of com mon small plastic flask,two coverslips, a few microtomist's paraffin(M.P.62-65C)and a piece of wood.It has been tested that this flask suits the work of cell culture on an inversted microscope and has got the particular adventage in preparation of permanent microscopic slide specimens. |
