| 摘 要： | 目标设计是管理信息系统(MIS)开发过程中必不可少的也是最为关键的一步。对目标体系诸方面进行了理论探讨,按照目标设计的一般规律,将目标设计流程化。以对象系统的实际需要、关键活动以及技术条件为基础,进行目标转化和求精,形成一个具有层次结构的MIS目标体系。

| Abstract: | The objective design is an essential and pivotal part in the developing process of the management information system (MIS). This paper makes theoretical analysis on several aspects of the objective system, and according to the general regularity of the objective design, makes the objective design turn into the technical flow, and based on the actual needs, key activities and technical factors of the objective system, carries out the objective transformation and refinement, forming a MIS objective system with the hierarchy. |
