摘    要:选取质量差异很大的C,W和C+W对钢进行离子注入,用TEM对注入样品横截面进行结构分析。结果表明:注入层结构发生了明显的变化,形成了纳米相镶嵌复合层,W注入复合层的厚度大约是相应离子射程的16.3倍。

Abstract:C, W and C W ions are implanted into H13 steel, the cross sections of the samples are observed by TEM. The results show that the structure of implanted layer has greatly changed. A complex mosaic layer with nano meter phase is formed. The thickness of W implaned complex layer is 15.3 times greater than that corresponding ion range. Modified layer consists of C W implanted layer, transition layer and distortion layer. The thickness of modified layer is 694 nm, It is 25.1 times of W ion range. The difference in the structure of the three ion implanted layer is obvious. The collision parameters of the ions are calculated using TRIM95, the result shows that structure change is closely related to the collision parameters of the ions in steel. Finally the formation mechanism of complex mosaic layer with nano meter phase in W and C W implanted layer are discussed.
