| 摘 要： | 分析了以独立个体模型为隐含假设的一般均衡理论的不足，介绍了经济系统的复杂性研究的现状。指出经济自组织系统中发挥独立功能的要素主要不是单个的个人，而是其下层子系统，分析了经济系统整体与部分的复杂关系，论证了经济系统控制的基本原则应该为以自组织为主他组织为辅的调控方式。

| Abstract: | This text analyzes the shortage of general balance theory that implied a hypothesis of independent individual model, introduces present condition in the research of complexity of the economic system. This text points out that main factors that play independent functions in economic self- organizing system are not individuals, but its sub - systems, analyzes the complicated relations between whole and parts of economic system, proves basic principle of controlling economic system should be adjusting and controlling mainly by self- organizing way and assisting with hetero - organizing way. |
