磁场处理平菇同功酶分析

摘    要:分别用1KGs,3KGs,5KGs不同剂量的恒稳磁场处理平菇后,做栽培试验,测定其生长速度,生长周期和产量,并用处理后的第一代子实体进行酶功分析,发现各处理组的谱带与对照组相比较,均发生变化,说明磁场对于平菇有诱变作用,经反复实验发现,1KGs处理平菇增产效果最佳。

Abstract:Authuors used stable magnitic field which respectively was 1KGs, 3KGs, 5KGs to handle Pleurctus Genus and conducted cultivate test, We determined the velocity, cycle of Pleurctus Genus grow and output. At once, we analysed esterasc isoenzyme of their first generation fructification. We found that change of spectrum band taken place. We compare spectrum band of each groups with original group. Result show that stable magnetic field can induced mutation Pleurtus geausand can handle the Pleurotus its output is better when used 1KGs magnetic field.
