| Abstract: | This article analyses the flooding of Shanghai and its gradual progress. It comes to the conclusion that the forecasting background of flooding in Shanghai proper is very complicated. The article has also done some probing into the relation between flooding and sunspot and the relation between El Nino and volcanic activities. |
