CSP生产SPA-H钢铸坯纵裂纹的研究

摘    要:通过金相组织分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析,运用统计学方法,对某厂CSP生产SPA-H钢表面纵裂纹的产生规律进行研究。结果表明,由于Ti、Al元素进入保护渣、钢水过热度较低、渣化不良等因素导致铸坯表面传热不均,部分位置形成凹陷,凝固收缩后在坯壳薄弱处因应力集中而产生开裂。

Longitudinal cracks on the surface of SPA-H steel slab by CSP

Abstract:By means of metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy spectrum analysis,the development of longitudinal cracks on the surface of SPA-H steel was studied.To find out the causes of longitudinal cracks,statistical method was employed.The result shows that,the change in mould powder owing to Ti and Al elements,low overheating degree,and bad slag smelting result in bad heat transfer on the steel slab surface and depression in some places.After solidifying contraction,the stress concentration in the weak places of solidified shell will produce cracks.
