| 摘 要： | 为研究反倾销调查机制,对反倾销过程中的各种博弈行为进行分析,结果表明:我国已成为反倾销的最大受害国,倾销与反倾销的博弈是一个涉及到众多参与者、跨越时间较长、博弈规则复杂的过程;反倾销已经逐渐成为新型的贸易保护工具.因此我国出口企业面对反倾销必须积极应诉.

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the anti-dumping mechanism,the various actions in the anti-dumping process are analyzed.The results showed that China has become the biggest victim of anti-dumping.The dumping and anti-dumping is a game involving many participants,across a longer time and complicated rules of the game.And anti-dumping has gradually become a new tool for trade protection.Chinese export enterprises must actively prosecute facing anti-dumping. |
