新疆甘草属植物过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:对新疆甘草属七个种和变种的幼苗下胚轴的过氧化物酶同工酶分析表明:供试种具有2—6条数目不等的酶带,其中以乌拉甘草酶带最多;各个种共同存在着1—2条基本的酶带;黄甘草有一条带特宽、色特深的酶带;供试种的过氧化物酶同工酶为阴极同工酶带。

Abstract:The paper analysed peroxidase isozyme of seedling hypocotyl of Glycyrrhiza L. seven species and variants. The result demonstrate that experimental species have two to six zyrnograrn bands in number. The G. vralensis has the most bands among them. Every specie exists one to two same basic band. The G. eurycar pa has a much wider and rich coloured band.The peroxidase isozyrnes of experimental species belong to the cathode isozyme.
