| Abstract: | This paper expounds that the institutional reform is an inevitable s election for the further development of small and medium people-run enterprises , and from four aspects of the institutional factor, cultural factor, talent fac tor and fund factor, analyzes the reasons of the difficulties in institutional r eform of small and medium enterprises, and advances the concrete ways of making institutional reform of the small and medium private enterprises. |
