中小民营企业改制难原因分析

摘    要:阐明改制是中小民营企业进一步发展的必然选择,从体制因素、文化因素、人才因素和资金因素等4个方面分析了中小民营企业改制难的原因,提出了中小民营企业改制的具体路径。

Abstract:This paper expounds that the institutional reform is an inevitable s election for the further development of small and medium people-run enterprises , and from four aspects of the institutional factor, cultural factor, talent fac tor and fund factor, analyzes the reasons of the difficulties in institutional r eform of small and medium enterprises, and advances the concrete ways of making institutional reform of the small and medium private enterprises.
