| 摘 要： | 20世纪末中国风险投资业迅速发展。为探索风险投资的有效发展途径,本文提出了“不蜕资模式”,即对于看好发展潜力很大的项目,风险投资公司可将归为自己的产业进行管理,以增加抵御风险的能力。

| Abstract: | At the end of 20th century the venture capital industry has been rapidly developed in China.In order to explore effective developing ways for venture capital,this paper advances a "no funds withdrawing mode",that is,for those projects with big developing potentiality,venture capital company can take them as its own property to manage to increase their ability to withstand financial risks. |
