| 摘 要： | 现代西方心理学最有影响的精神分析、行为主义和人本主义这三个学派的人格理论之间的分歧和争论，实际上是从各自的不同侧面展开了人格理论中的一些基本理论问题：理性与非理性、社会性与个体性、自由与决定性、现实性与理想性。今天我们理解马克思主义人格理论，也必须正确理解和处理这些关系。

| Abstract: | Psychoanalysis, behaviorism and humanism, are the three most influential theories of personality in mordern wersten psychology. The differences and arguments among them exhibit from the different sides some basic problems in theory of personality, such as rationality and irrationality, sociality and individuality, freedom and decisionism, and reality and ideality of personality. We must handle properly above problems also when we understand Warxist theory of personality. |
