| 摘 要： | 企业家的社会资本对创业企业的成功有着至关重要的作用。创业企业主要依赖于其企业家的社会资本帮助企业获取信息和资源以及建立正统性,从而完成创业活动的成功。构建了企业家社会资本、创业企业获取信息和资源、建立正统性以及创业企业绩效的理论模型,并提出了三个主命题。研究分析指出,企业家的社会资本有利于创业企业获取信息和资源以及建立正统性;创业企业获取信息和资源以及建立正统性可以帮助企业提升绩效;创业企业的信息和资源与正统性之间存在演化协同的正向交互作用。
