摘 要: | 在满足电压波动和闪变限值的前提下,消除抑制用户谐波对公共电网污染的经济有效、方便实用的措施之一,是结合静态无功补偿在用户变电所设置无源滤波器,如何可靠高效地设计这种滤波器,并使滤波效果满足国标限值规定一直是人们倍受关注的问题。经过多次实践,总结了一套从谐波估算、实测、参数选择和模拟复合以及效果检验的实用设计思路与方法,具有一定的实际参考价值。

Practical and effective method for designing a harmonic filter with compensation in the electric substation |

Abstract: | If the voltage fluctuation is under the restrictions stipulated in related standard,one of practical and effective measures for eliminating the pollution of the public electric network by the harmonic sources of consumers is to install a filter with reactive power compensation in consumer's electric substation. Based on the practical experience,a practical and effective method of designing the filter is presented in the paper,and the estimation and measurement of harmonic,choice of filter parameters,imitation of the effect and examination of the application are described. |
