光纤测温仪的研究

摘    要:本文针对造气炉内高温测量,研究了一种光纤测温装置.以普朗克辐射定理为理论基础,用光纤耦合并传输信号,使探头和光电转换装置分离,依据比色测温的原理,对单通道信号传输及光电变换的方法进行了研究.借助单片微机,用软、硬件结合的数字化处理方法对温度进行修正.信号处理系统具有多种功能,使装置实现了智能化.

Abstract:This paper presents an intelligent fiber optical temperature measuring method. It is based on the Planck radiation law. Temperature measurement by colorimetry is realized by a single-chip microcomputer. A photodiode with low dark current and operational amplifiers with low noise are adopted to accomplish photo-electric transform and pre-amplification. An MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer is used in the signal processing system. The temperature measured is corrected by hardware and software. It is proved that the device has a wide measurement range, quick response, high sensitivity and good adaptability to environment.
