纳米级Fe-Cr纤维的提取和微观结构研究

摘    要:采用浓硝酸将Cu-Fe-Cr原位复合线材的铜基体选择腐蚀后得到了Fe-Cr纤维,用扫描电镜观察了纤维的微观形貌,实验结果表明,纤维提取率随着线材直径的减小而降低,当线材直径为0.36 mm时,纤维达到纳米级,呈片状。

Abstract:The Fe-Cr fibers were extracted from Cu-Fe-Cr in-situ composite wires by uing selective etching technique,where the Cu matrix dissolved by nitric acid,and then the microstructure of fibers is were observed by SEM.It shows that the productivity of fiber reduced with diameter decreasing of wires,and nano-micrometer fibers are got when wire diameter is 0.36 mm,the fibers being sheet ribbon-like.
