| Abstract: | With some results of polynomial theory in finite field, a criterion theorem for a permutation polynomial to be an orthormorphic permutation polynomial is presented. Furthermore, by using this theorem, the detailed expression and enumeration of the orthormorphic permutation polynomials in finite field F 8 are obtained. |
