碳酸钙-聚乙烯复合材料的开发

摘    要:在碳酸钙-聚乙烯复合材料的界面之间,引入了一种新型的界面增强剂与偶联剂复合,大大提高了碳酸钙与聚烯烃的界面结合强度,从而大幅度提高注塑产品的冲击强度;考察了复合偶联剂的配比及其含量、碳酸钙的含量对复合材料性能的影响.实验结果表明:在复合偶联剂中界面增强剂JZ与偶联剂TS的质量比为1∶1,复合偶联剂的用量为碳酸钙质量的1.8%,碳酸钙的质量为复合材料的35%时,复合材料的冲击强度最大.

Abstract:A new interfacial reinforcing agent is introduced in the composite material of calcium carbonate/polyethylene,and it compounds with coupling agent to form a composite coupling agent,which can greatly reinforce the interfacial combination strength between calcium carbonate and polyethylene,and then greatly improve the impact strength of casting plastic products.The effects of the formulation ratio and the dose of the composite coupling agent and the content of calcium carbonate on the properties of the composite material of calcium carbonate/polyethylene are experimentally studied.It is shown that,the composite material has the most impact strength when the mass ratio of the interfacial reinforcing agent to the coupling agent in the composite coupling agent is 1∶1,the mass of the composite coupling agent is 1.8% of the mass of calcium carbonate,and the mass of calcium carbonate is 35% of the mass of the composite material.
