热转印色带的制备及性能研究

摘    要:制备了一种热转印色带,并研究了球磨时间、分散剂等对颜料分散性的影响规律,热容量及油墨结构对色带热转移率等性能的影响。结果表明,由此制备的热转印色带,在热转印条码打印机上实验,印制出了放大系数M =0.76,可以被正确识读的条码符号。为研制开发热转印色带作了基础性探讨工作。

Abstract:A kind of thermal transfer ink ribbon was prepared. Effects of grinding time and dispersant on the dispersion of the carbon black were investigated. Effects of the heat capacity and structure of the ink on the thermal transfer efficiency and other properties of the ribbon were also discussed. Thermal transfer ink ribbon while being used to print bar codes with the magnification M =0 76 could be satisfactorily read out by bar code users. This study paves the way for developing thermal transfer ink ribbon.
