大跨度斜拉桥塔梁同步施工控制技术

摘    要:为了深入研究大跨度斜拉桥塔梁同步施工方法以及如何制定有效的控制措施。以实际工程为例,深入分析塔梁同步施工中涉及的主、次影响因素,并略去次要影响因素,针对主要影响因素制定相应控制措施。研究表明塔梁同步施工中主要影响因素为:索塔垂直度、锚导管施工、劲性骨架施工、挂篮行走、砼浇筑、索力及高程控制。针对主要影响因素,提出了具体的应对措施及施工控制要点,经验证该塔梁同步施工方法得当,其施工控制结果符合规范要求。

Abstract:For in-depth study on the construction control method of large span cable-stayed bridge tower and girder,taking a project as an example,construction factors of tower and girder were analyzed,and the main influence factors were identified to formulate the corresponding control measures.The results show that the main influence factors of tower and girder construction include tower verticality,anchoring of the catheter,construction of the steel skeleton and the hanging basket,concrete pouring,the cable force and vertical control.According to the main influence factors,the measures and control points in construction were proposed and proved to meet the code requirements.
