| 摘 要： | 通过对其形态、解剖及部分同工酶表型的比较研究,发现厚唇光唇鱼(Acrossocheiluslabiatus)和侧条光唇鱼(A.parallens)的差别比较显著,认为二者都是有效种,但它们各自占领不同的水域,其分布受到南岭的阻隔.

| Abstract: | Morphological characters and isozyme patterns ( EST, IDH, LDH, MDH, ME, 6-PGDH ) of two cyprinidae fishes, A. labiatus and A. parallens, have been comparatively studied. The results indicate cbvious differences between the two species. 1 . Stripes on side of body. Six vertical bands on side of body in both species, but a longtitudinal band along lateral line only in adult of A. parallens. 2. Dark stripes on dorsal fin membrance appear or not: Dark stripes on dorsal fin membrance appear in A. labiatus, but absent in A. parallens. 3 . Intestine. Intestine of A. labiatus is 2.5 times as long as body length with 6 eurves; that of A parallens is 1.4 times as long as body length with only 2 curves. 4.Number of gill-rakers. A. labiatus 11-16; d A. parallens 7-11. 5. Isozyme patterns. In the 6 isozymes examined, ME an EST have remarkable differences between the two species. Based on the above differences, A. labiatus and A. parallens are considered as two valid species. They occupy different water regions and their distribution is affected by the Nanaling Mountains. |
