| 摘 要： | 矩阵相似于对角矩阵是高等代数和线性代数中一个重要而基本的问题，而一般的文献只讨论了一个方阵相似于对角矩阵的条件．本文给出了两个矩阵可同时相似于对角矩阵的充要条件，由此进一步推出了多个矩阵同时相似于对角矩阵的条件．

| Abstract: | The simultaneous diagonal matrix is important and basic questions in advanced algebra and linear algebra,And general discussion of the literature only a square diagonal matrix similar to the conditions.The necessary and sufficient conditions of simultaneous diagonal matrix of two matrices are given.The diagonalization of more matrixes simultaneously is generalized. |
