| 摘 要： | 目的为满足人们对健康的需求,改进我们现有的工作方法,提高护理服务质量和内涵。方法结合我院实际,在普外科及心胸外科开展人性化全程优质护理服务。结果病人对护理服务的满意率达98%,取得了良好的社会效益。

| Abstract: | The purpose is to satisfy people's need for health,to improve the working method we execute,to advance the quality of care service. The approach is carrying out peesonal all-process care in the ordinary surgical department and heart surgical department according to our practical work.The result that the patients' satisficative rate about the care service will get 98%,and gaining good social effectiveness would be available. |
