| 摘 要： | 为设计实现空心管件压形模,通过对空心管件的变形分析,考虑具体模具设计要求,介绍了模具结构及工作过程.结果:完成了在曲柄压力机上使用的空心管件压形模的设计,并给出了模具结构、工作过程及主要零件的设计要点.此模具灵活可靠、操作方便,可以运用到类似的管件成形模设计中,填补了空心管件在压力机上利用模具成形的空白.
