摘    要:螺纹是仪器仪表和机电设备中应用非常广泛的标准零件,针对传统螺纹测量方法效率低、易引起人为误差的问题,运用机器视觉技术实现了公制、美制外螺纹的中径、螺距、牙型角等参数的非接触测量,并利用WINDOWS操作系统平台和C++Builder6.0设计了螺纹测判软件系统.实验结果表明,所提出的方法和开发的应用系统可实现对螺纹参数的高效、准确测量和评判.

Abstract:Screw thread is a kind of standard part which is widely used in instruments and electromechanical equipment. This paper presents a normal thread measuring and evaluating software based on WINDOWS operating system and C++ Builder 6.0. As a result,the non-contact measurement of middle diameter,pitch and thread angle of external threads in both metric and American systems is realized by applying machine vision technology.
