摘    要:本文研究了2Cr13钢的两种不同显微组织的氢脆敏感性。两种组织中,等温处理组织的氢脆敏感性最高,双重处理组织的氢脆敏感性最低。分析表明,沿原奥氏体晶界分布的碳化物以及碳化物以细片状析出于马氏体板条界均增大组织的氢脆敏感性。

Abstract:The sensibility to HE of 2Cr13 with two different microstructures was investigated. The results show that the microstructure obtained by double hardening followed by tempering at high temperature has the lowest sensibility to HE and the microstructure obtained austempering followed by tempering at high temperature has the highest sensibility to HE. The segregation and precipitation of carbides along the prior austenite grainboundaries and the precipitation of thin rod-like carbides along the boundaries of the martensite laths increase the sensibility to HE.
