摘    要:为深入研究喷油器入口燃油压力波动的频率特征,建立了共轨液力系统线性模型,基于模型分析了喷油器入口燃油压力波动信号的频率,并对线性模型进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果均表明喷油器入口燃油压力波动信号中包含多阶频率。由共轨液力系统线性模型仿真计算得到的波动频率与通过实验得到的喷油器入口燃油压力波动频率之差随着轨压的增大而增大,但轨压为130MPa时的最大差值不超过10%。压力波动信号中包含的各阶频率均随轨压的增大而增大。

Abstract:In order to investigate the frequency characteristics of fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet, a linear model of the hydraulic system of high pressure common rail fuel injection system was built. Based on this linear model, the frequency charac- teristic of the fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet was analyzed, and the linear model was verified by experiment. Both simu- lation and experiment results show, that more than one frequency was contained in the fuel pressure fluctuation signal. The differ- ence of fuel pressure fluctuation frequency at injector inlet obtained by simulation and experiment increases with the increasing of rail pressure, however, when the rail pressure is 130 MPa, the maximum relative difference is less than 10%. All of the frequencies contained in the fuel pressure fluctuation signal increase with the increasing of rail pressure.
