摘    要:以决定农产品品质的遗传性能与环境的关系为出发点,从温度、水分、土壤性质、施肥、农药的使用及科学技术水平等方面阐述了环境对农作物品质的影响作用,提出了建立优质农产品生产基地、加强环境保护、科学施肥、合理使用农药、避免二次污染等推进农产品优质化的积极措施。

Abstract:Taking the relation between the genetic nature and the environment determining the quality of agricultural products as the starting point, this paper expounds the influence of the environment on the quality of agricultural products from aspects of temperature, moisture, soil features, fertilizer application, farm insecticide application, and sci- tech level, etc., and puts forward some measures for guaranteeing the high- quality of agricultural products including the establishment of high- quality agricultural products production base, the strengthening of environmental protection, the scientific fertilizer application, the rational use of farm insecticide, the avoidance of second pollution, etc.
