虚拟仪器技术的RLC测试仪

摘    要:针对传统RLC测试仪体积大、成本高等问题,运用虚拟仪器技术,根据伏安法测量原理和相关分析测量算法,以虚拟仪器集成开发环境LabVIEW为平台,设计了RLC测试仪的硬件和软件部分。测试结果表明,电阻、电感和电容的基本测量范围分别为0.001~1000 kΩ、0.010~50 mH和0.01~470μF,测量误差的绝对值分别为δ≤1.5%、δ≤5%和δ≤5%,满足测量精度要求。该测试仪不仅研制成本低、效率高,而且设计灵活、人机交互界面友好,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Aimed at overcoming the disadvantage of large volume and high cost of the traditional RLC parameters tester,this paper introduces the design of the hardware and the software of the RLC parameters tester by using the virtual instrument technology,based on the voltammetry measuring principle and correlative analysis measuring algorithm and the platform of the LabVIEW software.The test results show that the fundamental measurement ranges of the resistance(R),the inductance(L) and the capacitance(C) are 0.001~μF respectively and the absolute values of the measurement errors are δ≤ 1.5 % , δ≤ 5 % and δ≤ 5 %. It fol- lows that the requirements of the measurement accuracy are fulfilled. The advantages of lower cost, higher efficiency, more flexible design and friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI)give the instrument a higher application value.
