| 摘 要： | 新一代免疫抑制剂ＦＫ５０６（Tacrolimus)具有免疫抑制作用强，用药剂量少，毒副作用少等特点，在角膜移植实验研究嗵有效防止排斥反应发生并使同种移植排斥反应逆转。
