摘    要:杂交稻的广泛应用,使我国稻作生产在不少地区获得了明显增产,但有些地区由于杂交稻生育期较长,或者还不能完全适应当地气候条件等原因,以致尚不能得到预期的增产效果。因此查明杂交稻及其亲本的光周期反应特性和温度的光周期效应,不但有助于深入了解水稻光周期性的遗传基础,而且也有利于农业生产实践中进一步应用好杂交稻。进行光温反应的试


PHOTOPERIOD AND THERMO-SENSITIVITY AND ESTERASE ISOZYMES IN TWO RICE HYBRIDS AND THEIR PARENTS

Abstract:Photoperiod and thermo-sensitivity of two rice hybrids and their corresponding parents were studied in phytotron. Under 18-hr long day photoperiod, the flowering dates of these two rice hybrids were delayed 43 and 134 days respectively compared with those under 10-hr short day photoperiod. As the maternal line has negative effect, the flowering dates of the paternal lines were delayed 10 or 33 days. These findings showed that the photoperiod sensitivity of hybrid rice was determined mainly by their paternal lines, thus a transgressive inheritance could be recognized.The thermo-sensitivity (effect of temperature on the flowering response to photoperiod) of these two crosses tends to be similar with that of the paternal lines.Comparing the zymogram of esterase (E. C. 3.1) isoenzymes in these two rice hybrids with that of their corresponding parents, A new band (C_5) was observed in one of the crosses, while the other appeared to be the same as its maternal line.
