Y型六角铁氧体的晶化过程研究及性能表征

摘    要:采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备Y型平面六角铁氧体Ba2Co2Fe12O22.X射线衍射分析(XRD)结合透射电镜(TEM)分析,对粉体的成分及晶粒形态进行了表征.并结合热重与差热扫描分析(TG-DSC)和红外光谱(IR)分析对铁氧体的晶化过程进行了研究.表征了高频下Y型铁氧体Ba2CoEe12O22电磁参数随着频率的变化,反映了其高频吸收特性.

Abstract:The Y-type barium ferrite Ba 2Co 2Fe 12O 22 particles were synthesized by citrate sol-gel method. The particles' crystallization processes were investigated by TG-DSC and IR methods.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) showed the component and the widely distributed micrometer particles.The good dielectric and magnetic properties in high frequency band were also showed.
