摘    要:针对目前缺乏对门控心血池图像进行室壁运动和心脏功能进行定量分析的方法,提出一种新的研究方法:对门控心血池投影数据进行三维重建,得到心周期中不同时相的断层图像组;然后针对每个断层对各个时相的图像进行时间域的Fourier分析,得出心血池的三维幅度图像和相位图像,从中提取有关病人室壁运动和心脏功能的各种定量信息。显示出来的二维形式的相位图像和幅度图像具有良好的质量和较低的噪声。这种方法可以用来对左心室的收缩性和同步性进行三维的定量评估。

Abstract:An accurate quantitative method has not yet been developed for the analysis of gated blood pool images. This paper describes a novel method for three-dimensional Fourier analysis of tomographic gated radionuclide cardiography using a series of data frames for each cardiac cycle. The three-dimensional tomographic images of each phase are reconstructed, then each slice of each phase is sorted from the image sets and analyzed by Fourier analysis. The results are combined to form three-dimensional amplitude and phase images of the tomographic gated blood pool. The amplitude and phase images can be displayed as high-quality, low noise images and can be used to analyze the wall motion and cardiac functions. The technique can be used for three-dimensional, quantitative assessment of left ventricular contraction and synchrony.
