A Summary of The Government Motivation Theory

"Theory is short; practice is long",but we know that, once the theory is applied, it will have a great push to the practice. The government, as a public administrator, should have the ability to motivate the public, and which has become a criterion to evaluate a government. For this reason, the thesis tries to make a thorough research on the governnent motivation theory.
