长角血蜱蜕皮激素分泌部位的研究

摘    要:饱血后第1,3,5天的长角血蜱,其卵巢和合神经节的蜕皮激素含量在组织培养前后均没有明显变化;体壁在组织培养后,蜕皮酮(E)含量比组织培养前分别增加了1.4,3和5.2倍;脂肪体单独进行组织培养时,E含量均略有下降,20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-E)均略有上升;脂肪体连同体壁一起培养时,20-E比组织培养前分别增加了1.7,2.3和4.7倍.显示了体壁是E的合成分泌部位,脂肪体是E转化为20-E的部位.

Abstract:Various tissues were excised from Haemaphysalis longicornis on the lst, 3rd and sib days after engorgement and were incubated in vitro. After incubation, the amount of edysone produced in the integument of 3 physiological periods increased by 1.4, 3 and 5.2 times respectively than that before incubation. When the fat body was incubated alone, the edysone content had a slight decrease, but the 20- hydroxyecdysone had a slight increase.When the integument with fat body were incubated together, the amount of 20- hydroxyecdysone produced in 3 physiological periods was increased by 1.7, 2.3 and 4.7 times respectively than that before incubation. These facts indicated that the integument was the sourse of edysone, and the fat body was the site for conversion of ecdysone to 20 - hydroxyecdysone.
