| 摘 要： | 工程建设监理作为一种先进的工程管理模式在提高工程质量、降低工程造价等方面发挥了重要作用,但在监理实施的过程中仍存在一些问题,如事前预防不到位、轻视工程质量、忽视施工合同管理、不重视工程成本控制、协调不到位等。因此应采取建立健全质量保证体系、加强旁站监理力度、加大施工合同管理力度、合理控制工程造价、提高监理的协调管理能力等对策。
