| 摘 要： | 在种子萌发过程中,经6-BA(2.0mg/L)和2,4-D(20.mg/L)预处理,野大豆(GlyCine Soja)的上胚轴、子叶和子叶节外植物的愈伤组织在含6-BA(1.0～5.0mg/L)和 IAA(0.5～1.0mg/L)的 MS 培养基上分化出根和苗,获得再生植株。培养基中加入 KT(1.0mg/L)可提高苗的分化率。

| Abstract: | Pretreated with 2.0mg/L 6-BA and 2.0mg/L 2,4-D,roots,shoots and plantlets have been obtained from the calli of ecopotyl,cotyledon and cotyledonary node oxplant of Glycin soja on MS modium upple- mentod with 1.0-5.0mg/L 6-BA and 0.5-1.0mg/L IAA.If 1.0mg/L Kinotin i upplemonted to the medium,the differential rate of shoots i raited. |
