| 摘 要： | 以科学的技术方法、融合现代的管理手段,将软件项目的实施过程置于一种规范化的管理之中是软件项目监理所追求的目标.本文以软件工程为主导思想、需求工程为分析重点、融合CMM过程管理方法,提出了软件项目需求工程的过程化监理方法.进而详细论述了在需求工程的需求开发和需求管理过程中的监理工作方法,并将这种方法应用于北京市电子政务工程项目监理的实践中.

| Abstract: | The goal of software project supervision is normative management to the software development process by the science technique method and modern management means. A method of execution software supervision, which using the "software engineering" as the main ideology, the "requirement engineering" as the analysis emphasis and the CMM process management, was proposed, and its application in the process of requirement development and requirement management was described in detail. The method has been applied in a software development supervision of Beijing e-government project. |
