曲克芦丁钯配合物的制备及其表征

摘    要:研究了曲克芦丁与钯配合物的制备,并利用红外光谱、紫外光谱、高效液相色谱等对其进行表征,证实得到曲克芦丁钯配合物.曲克芦丁与钯形成配合物的适宜条件是:曲克芦丁与钯的物质的量比为2∶1、溶液的pH=2.0、反应温度35℃、反应时间为6 h.综合红外光谱和紫外光谱的分析结果,推测配合物的结构可能是钯离子与曲克芦丁结构中的含氧基团发生了配位作用,形成了配合物,曲克芦丁与钯离子的配位比为2∶1.

Abstract:The complex of troxerutin and palladium was prepared and characterized by using IR,UV and HPLC, the results showed that the complex was synthesized well. The conditions of the complex of troxerutin and palladium synthesized were the ratio of troxerutin and palladium 2:1, the solution pH 2.0, temperature 35 ℃ and the reaction time 6 h. The results of the comprehensive analysis about the IR and UV of the complex showed that the coordination interaction of the groups containing oxygen and Pd^2+ was conformed, and the coordination ratio may be 2: 1.
