柴油机燃用乙酰丙酸乙酯-柴油混合燃料的试验研究

摘    要:采用柴油机台架试验,测量了乙酰丙酸乙酯(Ethyl Levulinate,EL)-柴油混合燃料的燃烧排放性.结果表明:在不作任何调整的情况下,几种混合燃料均可直接用于柴油机.随着输出功率升高,油耗率均逐渐减低,达到最低值后逐渐升高,NOX、CO、CO2和烟度排放整体上都是增加的,HC的排放变化趋势不明显.随着EL混合比例的增大,油耗率有所增大,HC、NOX和CO2的排放整体上均逐渐增大,CO和烟度排放的变化在低功率运行时并不明显,在输出功率较大时,随EL含量的增加明显地降低.研究EL与柴油混合燃料的燃烧排放特性,为EL作为柴油替代燃料的应用推广提供参考,有利于生物质资源的合理化、规模化利用.

Abstract:According to engine bench test, consumption and emission characteristics of Ethyl Levulinate (EL) -diesel blended fuels were investigated. The results showed that the blended fuels could be used as alternative fuel in the diesel engine without any modification. As the output power gets larger, brake special fuel consumption decreases gradually and then increases when it reaches the smallest, NOx, CO, CO2 and smoke intensity emission concentrations increase gradually, and HC emission concentrations change indistinctly. As the mixed proportion of EL gets larger, brake special fuel consumption increases and NOx, CO and CO2 emission concentrations increase gradually, HC and smoke intensity emission concentrations change indistinctly at lower output power but decrease obviously at higher output power. Some references are provided for application and utilization of EL as alternative fuel on study of consumption and emission characteristics of EL-diesel blended fuels, it is beneficial for using biomass with rationalization and lager-scale.
