生物柴油-柴油混合燃料性能和排放的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了由地沟油甲酯化得到的生物柴油和柴油的混合燃料在单缸四冲程柴油机中的燃烧性能和尾气排放,生物柴油的添加体积分数分别为10%,20%和30%.结果表明,由于生物柴油热值较低,混合燃料的油耗率比纯柴油高出10%左右;NOX,CO和CO2的排放浓度随柴油机输出功率的增大而升高,随着生物柴油浓度的升高,NOX和CO2的排放浓度呈先上升后下降的趋势,而CO的排放浓度则逐渐降低至纯柴油的排放水平;尾气烟度随生物柴油浓度的增加而明显降低.

Abstract:Performances and exhaust emissions of biodiesel-diesel blends,with biodiesel (waste cooking oil methyl esters) percentages of 10%, 20% and 30%, were tested and compared with pure diesel in a horizontal single cylinder four stroke diesel engine. Experimental results showed that brake specific fuel consumptions of biodiesel-diesel blends were higher than pure diesel for no more than 10% generally; NOx, CO and CO2 emissions increased with engine power: with increasing of biodiesel percentage, NOx and CO2 emissions increased and followed by decreasing, CO emissions decreased all along to values similar with pure diesel; smoke emissions decreased with the increasing of biodiesel percentage.
