我国自助餐饮市场分析及其营销策略

摘    要:改革开放以来,作为舶来品的自助餐饮在我国餐饮市场上迅猛发展,规模不断壮大,在丰富餐饮业态、改变市场格局的同时,引入了新的餐饮文化,发展前景广阔。本文阐述了自助餐的基本特征及我国的自助餐市场细分,分析我国自助餐市场的营销策略,并提出一些可行性的建议。

Abstract:With the reform and opening of China,buffet,as imported goods,has developed very quickly.It has enriched the food industry,changed the pattern of market,introduced a new food culture and will have a bright prospect.This paper studies the basic characteristics and market segmentation of buffet in china,analyses the marketing strategy and put forward some feasible suggestions.
