摘    要:利用自选研制的电渗析装置净化再生化学镀镍老化液,使镀液的使用寿命在原来的基础上延长了17个周期,并且还有进一步延长的潜力,净化再生后的镀液性能符合生产要求。

Abstract:We use self-made electrodialysis system to purify and regenerate the spent EN plating bath. The service life of the solution can be successfully prolonged for another 17 cycles and expected to be longer The main performances of deposits produced by the purified and regenerated bath completely meet the production standard.
