文物保护单位火灾应急处置能力评估方法研究

摘    要:文物保护单位参观场所内人员密集、易燃物间距小、消防疏散通道相对狭窄、消防基础相对薄弱,一旦发生火灾极易引发人员踩踏、文物损坏等事故。考虑到提升文物保护单位管理机构的火灾应急能力对快速控制火情、降低文物损失具有重要意义。本研究构建了文物保护单位火灾应急处置常见流程,分析了应急处置能力的影响要素及其相互关系,建立了贝叶斯网络,并以B文物保护单位管理机构为例,找出了应急处置薄弱环节,为B单位提升火灾应急处置能力提出建议。

Abstract:Because of dense personnel, small distance between inflammables, relatively narrow fire evacuation channels and relatively weak fire foundation, it is very easy to cause trampling and damage to cultural relics once a fire occurs. Considering that improving the fire emergency handling capacity of the management organization of cultural relics protection units is of great significance to quick control of fire and reducing cultural relics losses, this study constructed the common fire emergency disposal process, analyzed the factors influencing fire emergency handling ability and their mutual relationship, and established the Bayesian network, and took the management organization of B cultural relics protection unit as an example to find out its weakness and proposed the proposal for improve of its fire emergency disposal ability.
