摘    要:利用微宇宙系统研究了在硝氮+磷急性胁迫下,3 d内伊乐藻、苦草和菹草的现存量、生产力、叶绿素含量的变化特点.结果表明:在硝氮+磷28.2 mg.L-1时,伊乐藻和苦草的现存量可保持正增长,高于该浓度,则负增长;菹草在最大的胁迫浓度下(硝氮+磷=225.6 mg.L-1),其现存量仍可保持正增长,3种植物对硝氮与磷复合胁迫的抗性大小次序是:菹草伊乐藻苦草,硝氮和磷对3种植物的胁迫没有协同效应.

Abstract:The changes of the standing crops,productivities,chlorophyll content of Elodea nuttallii,Vallisneria natans and Potamogeton crispu under the acute stress of NO-3——N+PO3-4-P] are studied by using microcosm systems within 3 days.The results show that when the concentration of NO-3-N]+PO3-4-P] is among 0-28.2 mg·L-1,standing crops of the E.nuttallii and V.natans increase markedly,and then decrease when the concentration of NO-3-N]+PO3-4-P] exceed 28.2 mg·L-1.While the standing crops of P.crispu always increase when the concentration of NO-3-N]+PO3-4-P] is among 0-225.6 mg·L-1.The ability is to fight back the stress of NO-3-N+PO3-4-P was P.crispu > E.nuttallii  V.natans.There is no synergistic effect between NO-3-N and PO3-4-P on the three species plants.
