后混式磨料射流清洗油管涂料的实验研究

摘    要:通过对后混合式磨料射流清洗油管涂料的实验研究,得出了后混合式磨料射流清洗油管涂料的清洗效率与喷嘴直径、喷距、喷射角以及颗粒直径的关系。后混式磨料射流清洗油管涂料的清洗效率随喷嘴直径的增大而增大,喷距、喷射角和磨料颗粒直径最佳参数值分别为250 mm、90°和0.8 mm。

Abstract:By the experiment of the postmixed abrasive jet cleaning oil tube coating, it was concluded that the efficiency of the postmixed abrasive jet cleaning oil tube coating was related to nozzle diameter, standoff distance, jet angle and diameter of abrasivegrain, that the efficiency of the postmixed abrasive jet cleaning oil tube coating increased with the diameter of nozzle, the opti-mum value of standoff distance is 250 mm, of jet angle is 90 degree and of grain diameter is 0.8 mm.
