海南黎族乡民盲和低视力流行病学调查

为了解海南黎族偏僻地区乡民的视力健康、盲及低视力的流行病学分布和主要致病病因等情况．随机选择纯黎族乡民7634人进行视力检查，对矫正视力或戴针孔镜视力不足0．3者进行眼部排查．结果显示：盲及低视力的患病人数为492人，占受检人数的6．44％，其中，双眼盲117人，占1．53％；单眼盲127人，占1．66％；双眼低视力142人，占1．86％；单眼低视力106人，占1．39％．致盲病因主要为白内障、角膜病和青光眼等．

An Epidemiological Investigation of Hainan Li Nationality Villager's Blind and Low vision

To understand the Hainan Li nationality villagers＇ visual health status, including blindness and low vision epidemiological distribution in remote villagers, the main cause of disease-pure Li nationality randomly selected 7634 villagers for the investigation and the corrected visual acuity or visual-pinhole mirror less than 0.3 are surveyed. The results showed that the number of blind and low-vision patients is 492, accounting for 6.44 percent of the number of subjects, including the double blind eyes of 117 people, accounting for 1.53% ;singleblind eyes 127 people, or 1.66 percent; double low vision 142 people, accounting for 1.86 % ;low vision monocular 106 people, or 1.39 percent. The main cause of cataract is blindness, keratopathy, and glaucoma.
