摘    要:中小学音乐教师的能力结构是一个动态的开放体系 ,随着音乐教育学科及相关学科的发展而不断地进行着自身的调整与拓展。素质教育的深入开展 ,一方面对中小学音乐教师的能力结构提出了更高的要求 ,对传统的能力观提出了新的挑战 ,另一方面又启发人们从更广阔的空间去审视和思考未来中小学音乐教师能力建构的深层问题

Abstract:The competence structure of primary and high school teachers of music is a dynamic and open system, Which constantly adjusts itself and expands with the development of musical education and relevant disciplines.In additin, the furtherance of china's competence education not only puts forth higher requirements for the competence structure and even challenges the traditional concept of competence, but also inspires us to approach and ponder the competence composition of future primary and high school teachers of music in a broader sense.
