基于CDIO的通信卓越工程师创新型培养体系研究——以昆明理工大学通信工程专业为例

摘    要:自国家教育部提出卓越计划以来,卓越工程师还只是作为一种理念出现,并没有形成明确的教育目标和标准的培养体系,各个高校在探索的过程中会出现参差不齐的现象.同时,通信工程专业学生面临着因缺乏实践操作训练的环境,进入通信企业实习机会少等问题而难以满足就业的技能要求.因此,这里以昆明理工大学为依托,结合理工类高校特色,针对通信工程专业特色,引入CDIO理论,开展CDIO模式下的新型卓越应用型工程师培养体系研究,提出一种基于培养目标细化及能力制定相融合的通信卓越工程师培养体系方案,其实施效果表明,在卓越通信工程师人才培养教育内容及教学体系结构设计符合通信工程专业本科通用标准的同时,通过新型的卓越培养体系能提高通信工程专业学生的工程实践能力和创新能力,从而达到预期的培养目标.

A study of a CDIO-based innovative system for training outstanding engineers in communication: The case of the communication engineering program in Kunming University of Science and Technology

Abstract:Since the Ministry of Education of China put forward the Excellence Program, outstanding engineers have emerged only as a concept, without a clear education goal and standard training system, and there have been different approaches in the exploration process by different universities. At the same time, students majoring in communication engineering are faced with such problems as the lack of practical operation training and internship opportunities in communication enterprises. Backed by Kunming University of Science and Technology and supplied with the information of the characteristics of polytechnic universities, this paper takes into account the features of communication engineering majors, adopts the CDIO model for the construction of a new training system for outstanding application-oriented engineers based on the integration of clear objectives with ability training. The results have shown that when the teaching content is in line with the structural design and requirements of the communication engineering program, this new program for outstanding engineers can improve the students' practical and innovative ability in the process of realizing the training objectives.
