澜湄合作机制下工程教育国际化改革与实践研究——以云南民族大学电气信息工程学院为例

摘    要:通过澜湄合作机制的背景介绍,引出工程教育国际化的改革意义,根据专业应用转型的现实需求、教育体系的创新需求、云南地方特色服务于国家战略的需求提出工程教育国际化改革的措施,探索工程教育国际化改革新理念,创建新模式,构建了"专业+语言"、"教+赛+训"、虚实结合的服务于"一带一路"倡议的人才培养体系.实践结果显示通过系统化的工程教育改革达到了的阶段性成果,工程教育国际化的改革模式为相关行业提供了一定的人才储备并为新工科的推进与发展提供一定参考.

Reform and practice of the internationalization of engineering education under the Lancang-Mekong River mechanism: A case study of the School of Mathematics and Computer Science of Yunnan Minzu University

Abstract:This paper gives a brief account of the background of the Lancang-Mekong River cooperation mechanism, and discusses the significance of the reform on the internationalization of engineering education. According to the actual needs of application transformation, the innovation of the education system, the demand of Yunnan's services for the national strategy, it puts forward the new measures, ideas and models for the internationalization of engineering education by establishing a training model of "program+language" and "teaching+competition+training" in the process of implementing the "One Belt, One Road Initiative". The experimental results show that the systematic reform of engineering education has obtained some achievements, which can shed some light on the training of qualified talents and promote the development of the emerging engineering education.
